Sunday Kids Church

We have a Kids Church running parallel to our 10am Sunday service. It is a place of fun and games, song and stories, as we learn about our great God in an age-appropriate way. Our wonderful leaders can’t wait to meet you!

All leaders are Safe Ministry Trained and have a current Working with Children check

Friday Arvo Club

Every Friday Arvo during term our primary and high school students gather at church together to play some games, eat some food and open God’s word together in a welcoming community. To cover food and activities, there is a weekly cost of $5 per child or $40 per term (rego and online payment below). If cost is an issue, we can work something out. Please don’t let it get in the way of coming along. We would love to see you there.

Arvo Kids ( K-Yr 6 from 3:15-5pm)

Arvo kids is our new kids ministry that will run from 3:15-5pm every Friday afternoon during school term. All kids from Kindy to Year 6 are welcome! Students who have signed rego forms (see below) can meet the leaders to walk from Leura Public School at 3pm.

Leura Youth (Yr 7-12 from 4:30-5:30)

Leura Youth is the existing Friday night program but shifted to the afternoon slot from 4:30-5:30pm. Leura Youth will continue to encourage our High Schoolers with Bible teaching and games each week (just at an earlier time now!)

Who runs Arvo Club?

All leaders are Safe Ministry Trained and have a current Working with Children check. We are mostly volunteers from our church who are directed by our trained staff team

What if I can’t get there by 3:15?

We understand that students are coming from different schools, so the start time is flexible to allow for this. We begin with afternoon tea then a game, so you can join in when you arrive.

What if I’m coming from Leura Public?

We will meet students from Leura Public at 3pm at the school gate near the Office Block. If your child has a signed permission form, they will be put on a list to be picked up and the leaders will walk them over in a large group to the church together. If you are going to be away on a particularly week please just let us know.
